EA made the big step [DRM]

Electronic Arts Logo
Electronic Arts decided to finally release a deactivation tool for those crappy, crappy DRM.

If you, as everybody else on the planet, hate the online activate-to-play method used by SecuROM, and consequently, by EA, you should now rejoice, because you won't need to activate your game anymore.
This, if your game was released after may, 2008.

You can get it here, and it will work on the following tiltles:

  • Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box
  • Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3
  • Crysis Warhead
  • Dead Space
  • FiFA Manager 09
  • FIFA Soccer 09
  • Littlest Pet Shop
  • The Lord of the Rings: Conquest
  • Mass Effect
  • Mercenaries 2: World in Flames
  • Mirror's Edge
  • MySims
  • Need for Speed: Undercover
  • NHL 09
  • Spore
  • Spore Creature Creator
  • The Sims 2: Apartment Life
  • The Sims 2 IKEA Home Stuff
  • The Sims 2 Mansion & Garden Stuff

Or, if you feel you don't need for a tool to search your hard drive, you just select the program specifically created for your game from this list and you're good to go!
